Can't log into Azure Portal, getting error code: interaction_required

I cannot log into my personal Azure Portal, I get a blue screen saying:

Sign-in failed

Error code: interaction_required

Error message: interaction_required: AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity. To learn more about tenant lifecycle policies, see https://aka.ms/TenantLifecycle Trace ID: ab8e2ca7-843d-413d-bc09-2c69d3f54600 Correlation ID: 019d1bef-cf4d-7c0f-ab3c-070dbab3355b Timestamp: 2026-03-23 18:23:13Z

I've not used Azure for some time, but now want to start reusing it again. I am happy for all my existing VMs to be deleted and start again if it's too hard to restore my account.

I have a Visual Studio Enterprise subscription through work, and have allocated my Azure credits to my personal account, but I can't log in.
