MSN Money Comments Not Posting -- Submit button is unresponsive

Hi everyone, Is anyone else having trouble posting comments on MSN Money?

For the last few days, I haven’t been able to submit comments on any stock page. I type the comment, click Submit, and nothing happens — no error, no posting.

I’ve tried:

Multiple devices

Edge, Chrome, Safari

Clearing cache/cookies

Incognito mode

Confirmed I’m signed in

Same result every time. Other users seem to be experiencing this too, so it looks like a site-wide issue.

If anyone has updates or if a moderator can escalate this to the MSN team, that would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Claude

MSN article and comment functionality, including MSN Money comments, is not supported through Microsoft Learn Q&A or developer/Office support channels.

When comments do not post, are blocked, or the comment UI behaves incorrectly (for example, Submit does nothing, or guideline messages appear for any text), the recommended and supported action is to report the problem directly to the MSN team using the feedback mechanism on the MSN site itself. This applies even when the issue appears to be site-wide or affects multiple users.

    To proceed:

    1. Open any MSN or MSN Money page where the issue occurs.
    2. Use the Feedback option that appears at the bottom right of the MSN page.
    3. In the feedback form, include:
      • That comments on MSN Money stock pages are not posting.
      • That the Submit button is unresponsive (no error, no posting).
      • That this occurs across multiple devices and browsers, with cache cleared and while signed in.
    4. Submit the feedback so the MSN product team can investigate and address the issue on their side.

Moderators and support agents on Microsoft Learn Q&A cannot change MSN comment behavior or override its moderation or UI logic; only the MSN team, via the feedback channel on MSN pages, can address this.
