What is the exact email address this email was sent from?

I've seen scammers using Microsoft's notification delivery address to send scam content. For example, not too long ago, I've seen some using Power BI notification address. However, the message content is not from Microsoft. Here is how the scam works: the scammer creates a Power BI dashboard and adds your email as a subscriber. Power BI then sends an automated notification from its official system, which makes the email address appear “Microsoft sent this.” The scammer controls the dashboard content, so they design the notification to include fake support language and a phone number, hoping you will call and be scammed. Do not call the number or follow any instructions in the message.

I suspect that's the similar one you might have got.

MIcrosoft consumer support is ALWAYS by official support.microsoft.com or Get Help app, via Chat.. Never via a phone number.

A legitimate email from Microsoft regarding your account always comes from domains ending in @accountprotection.microsoft.com

If you have already let them into your computer, you might want to consider backing up your files and perform a reset.

You might also want to report to local law enforcement and file a report. Keep an eye on your account activities - change password for sure. Also keey an eye on your financial service accounts, etc.
