Microsoft 365 assigned to wrong hotmail account

When I reordered my microsoft 365 account it assigned it to ******@hotmail.com instead to ******@hotmail.com, which is where it was assigned previously. Please help me get it assigned to the right email account.

    Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Please take note that "You cannot transfer an existing Microsoft 365 subscription from one Microsoft account to another."

    What can be done is that, you will need to cancel it first and then you can go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365/billing and try it from there or try to turn off the recurring billing at https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2277073 and you can also follow the guided steps indicated from the link below.
