Artifact Signing Failed - UK Company

Question

Hi All.

We are a UK based company, registered and been going for just over 5 years.

We are going to deploy our app via the Azure pipeline but first are trying to get our app signed via Artifact Signing. We had no issues with the resource group or subscription setup however when we go through Identity validation first of all it tells us our UK company isn't valid for some reason. So we went down the route of DUNS number, this let us submit but we constatly get back failed.

There seems to be no info on why it failed, we can't find any notifications and its just a basic email saying "identity validation status for [company] has been updated to validation Fail status".

Has anyone had any similar issues and know why we are failing? we are registered on companys house and have a valid website and email.
