Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
Please note that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to hide your personal information in the description. Kindly ensure that you hide any personal or organizational information the next time you post an error or other details to protect personal data.
I’m really sorry you’ve been bounced around like this. I can understand how stressful it is, especially when you’re dealing with a hacked Outlook/Microsoft account and already have a support reference number.
Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, are not allowed to directly interfere with Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited solely to providing technical guidance on reported incidents, requests, or ideas.
Since I do not have the authority to gain access to your account and personally recover it, I can guide you towards some basic steps that you can kindly follow:
- First, please kindly start with Sign-in Helper. It will route you to the right recovery options and, when available, the correct support path.
- If you can’t sign in or the recovery options were changed, use the Microsoft account recovery form and submit as much accurate info as possible.
- After you regain access, turn on two-step verification (2FA) to prevent repeat takeovers.
Thank you for your understanding and apologize for the inconveniences that you are facing.
