im having a problem since the ai bot is int helping and I got the account as a Christmas gift and I’m sad but I do have proof of purchase so I really hope I can get it back and I might have photos of me using the account the mc accounts name is [Removed to protect privacy]. the Microsoft account I want to put it in is ******@gmail.com.if any one can help I do not care if I lose anything in the account I just want it back since I only played amps with my friends.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer any purchased game license, such as Minecraft, from one account to another.

If you do not have any linked verification methods for a password reset, I'm afraid the only way to recover the Microsoft/Minecraft account is through the account recovery web form: https://account.live.com/acsr

Important: If you have an active 2FA, ACSR will inform you that your recovery request will be ignored. If you only receive a message that the recovery request is either successful or indicates insufficient information, this means that 2FA is disabled.

You'll need to keep trying until you're verified by Microsoft, and you can do this up to 2 times every 24 hours.

Minecraft and Microsoft accounts cannot be moved or reassigned manually by forum users or general support; only the official recovery and game support channels can help.

Since the goal is to recover access to the Minecraft account and link it to a different Microsoft account, follow these steps:

1. Use the official hacked/compromised Microsoft account troubleshooter
   • Go to the Microsoft hacked/compromised account guide: How to recover a hacked or compromised Microsoft account.
   • Start the sign-in helper tool and enter the email or phone number that was originally used with the Minecraft/Microsoft account.
   • Follow the steps shown. If the account can be recovered, first regain access to that Microsoft account. Once access is restored, Minecraft ownership will follow that account.
2. If the Microsoft account cannot be recovered
   • If the recovery form or helper indicates the account cannot be found or recovered, there is no other Microsoft method to restore that specific Microsoft account or move its content.
   • In that case, contact Minecraft Support directly and provide:
     • Proof of purchase (receipts, transaction IDs, store used).
     • The Minecraft username (for example, _Warps).
     • Any screenshots or photos showing use of the account.
