    To better understand your issue, could you please provide a bit more detail: 

    • Are you currently using any other license? 
    • Have you previously activated any Visio trial on this account? 
    • Did you receive any confirmation email for the trial activation? 

    In the meantime, you may also try accessing the trial using a different browser or an InPrivate/Incognito window to see if the issue persists. 

    If the issue continues, I recommend contacting Microsoft Support via phone for further assistance: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support
