If you want to review your account activity before or after changing your password, you can check the recent activity page for your Microsoft account.

Please follow these steps:

• Go to: https://account.microsoft.com/security
• Sign in with your account
• Click on “Review activity” under the Security section

Activity history is only available for a limited time (usually the last 30 days), past activity cannot be viewed beyond that period, changing your password does not delete previous logs, and if you notice any unfamiliar activity you should secure your account by updating your password and enabling two-step verification.
