If your subscription is active under your Microsoft account here: https://account.microsoft.com/services, but you are unable to edit documents in Office applications, try signing out and then signing back in with your account in the Office apps to resync your active subscription.
- Open any Office app, such as Word, then go to File > Account > Sign out.
Sign in with your Microsoft account again.
