Recently, I discovered that my Microsoft account may have been fully hacked. This realization came when I noticed unusual activity, such as unknown emails linked to my account and security notifications I did not initiate. At first, I was confused and worried because this account contains important personal information, access to services, and possibly saved purchases. Losing access to it could be very disruptive.

I tried to recover my account using the standard Microsoft account recovery process, but I faced challenges. The recovery emails are being sent to an unknown email address that I never registered, which strongly suggests that the hacker has taken full control. Without access to my original email or phone number, I am unable to receive security codes and verify my identity. This has left me frustrated and anxious about my digital security.

I am seeking help to regain control of my account. I understand the importance of providing as much information as possible to prove my identity, such as previous passwords, account creation date, and security questions. I am also willing to take any recommended steps to strengthen my account security, including setting up two-factor authentication and updating passwords across all linked services.

Being hacked is a stressful experience, and it has made me more aware of the risks of online security. I hope that with guidance and support, I can recover my account and prevent future unauthorized access. Microsoft’s account recovery team plays a crucial role in helping users like me protect their digital identities, and I am reaching out sincerely for assistance.

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

I'm sorry you are experiencing this.

Based on your description, the hacker was able to remove the account's primary email address/security info and replace it with their own email address.

Since the security info has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl
