Reinstall Microsoft Project 2019

I would like to reinstall Microsoft Project 2019 to a new computer.

I don't have access to the old computer or email that it was originally registered to.

I do have a receipt, order no and product key for the original purchase.

Can you help me please.

    I understand how frustrating this situation is, especially since you still have the receipt, order number, and product key.

    For Microsoft Project 2019 (a one‑time/perpetual license), it’s important to note that once the product key is redeemed, it becomes permanently linked to the device and the Microsoft account that was used at the time of redemption. After that point, the product key itself is no longer used for reinstallation or activation. Reinstalling Project 2019 requires signing in with the same Microsoft account that originally redeemed the key.

    At this stage, the only supported option is to contact Microsoft Support directly and request a license ownership review. Since you have proof of purchase, Microsoft may be able to validate ownership and advise whether the transfer is possible. You can contact Microsoft Support here: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus. When contacting them, please be prepared to provide your proof of purchase / receipt, order number, and original product key.
