healthpih.exe faulting. Unable to start 'Health' or 'SDDC' cluster resource (Server 2022)

After performing a 'clean install' cluster upgrade from 2019 to 2022 on a two server S2D installation, I am unable to start the Health or SDDC Management cluster resources.

They start briefly, then fail.

Have attempted 'Stop-ClusterPerformanceHistory -DeleteHistory' to reset the database, but it won't run unless the resource is online.

All other resources are working just fine.
