When we purchase a new computer last month, we both subscribed to the free 1-month Microsoft 365, thus we have i account each. Then I decided to buy a one-off Home and Business pack for 1PC couple weeks later. I then stop our ongoing subscriptions and installed the pack I bought with a given product key. Now the free subscriptions have expired but I can't access excel and words. I have tried uninstalled Microsoft 365 again and reinstall my Home and Business pack, but it keeps giving errors. However, under my subscription page, it stated that I have purchased this pack and said I need to open the productivity app and sign in, but I can't even find the excel apps. but the free Microsoft 365 keep asking me to resubscribe and pay. Could you please advise how to solve these issues.
