Use Microsoft Certification support so a moderator can review the profile and the handoff to Pearson VUE and help complete the scheduling:
- Go to Microsoft Certification support: Credentials support.
- Open a new support case describing:
- The exam (PL-900).
- The exact error message: “An input field is invalid. Please check your input fields and try again.”
- That it occurs on the “schedule through Pearson VUE” address page.
- Wait for the forum moderator/support engineer to respond (responses are typically within one business day) and follow their guidance to correct the profile data or complete the booking.
