Unable to schedule PL-900 exam. Error: "An input field is invalid. Please check your input fields and try again."

I was trying to schedule PL-900 exam, but at the following page which needs to fill in address, the error "An input field is invalid. Please check your input fields and try again." is shown when I clicked submit.

I have tried many different variations of the address and ensure no special characters used but still seeing the error and can't get past the page to schedule exam. Have tried clearing cache as well but doesn't work either.
