I booked an exam and I don't want to do the exam anymore. Can I give this slot to my classmate ?

Can i cancel it then use the same voucher ???If i cancel it then I dont have the voucher anymore ?

An exam appointment cannot be transferred or given to someone else. Exam registrations, including free or voucher-based offers, are tied to the individual’s own Microsoft Learn/certification profile and ID, and the person taking the exam must match the legal name on that profile and on their identification.

If the exam is no longer needed, cancel or reschedule it instead of trying to give the slot to a classmate. To cancel or reschedule:

1. Sign in to the Learn profile.
2. Go to Profile → Credentials → Certifications.
3. Find the scheduled exam and choose Cancel or Reschedule; this will redirect to the exam delivery provider to complete the change.

Be sure to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled time; otherwise, the exam fee or voucher may be forfeited.
