Not getting renewal option to renew my certification

My Microsoft Power Automate Developer Associate certification got expired last year. I wanted to renew it but I am not seeing renew option. Please help.

The renewal period is open for 180 days before your expiry date. The renewal window cannot be extended or reopened. There are no exceptions.

My certification expired. What happens now? If your certification expires, you must earn the certification again by passing the required exam(s).

The renewal option is not available because the certification has already expired.

For Microsoft role-based and specialty certifications:

• They are valid for one year from the date all requirements are completed.
• To prevent expiration, the certification must be renewed before the expiration date by passing the free online renewal assessment on Microsoft Learn.
• Once a certification has expired, it cannot be renewed and must be re-earned by passing the required exam(s).

Additionally:

• Renewal is only possible during the 6‑month window before the certification’s expiration date; outside that window (including after expiry), the Renew button will not appear in the Learn profile.

To regain Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer Associate (or its current equivalent), schedule and pass the required certification exam again.

Hi Neha, You can only renew within a 6-month window BEFORE expiry

If that window is missed and the cert expires:

• The Renew button disappears
• You cannot renew anymore

Since your certification expired last year:

You must take the full exam again (e.g., PL-400 or PL-500 depending on your cert)
