    Dear Mitika Srivastava

I understand you want to link a previous account to your current one and you’re asking for a support email address to send details. The previous AI given answer is correct, please kindly note that:

It is not allowed to link/merge/combine Microsoft personal accounts into one account. Accounts can be used side by side, but they can’t be merged. See: Combining Microsoft accounts - Microsoft Support

You also cannot add another Microsoft account as an alias on your current Microsoft account.

    Meanwile please:

    • If your goal is one inbox / one sign-in
      • Use accounts side by side (sign into each separately as needed).
      • If the “previous account” is not a Microsoft account mailbox (for example Gmail/work/school), you can add it to Outlook apps, but that is not the same as merging accounts.
    • If your goal is to keep the same mailbox but change/attach another email name (alias) to the same Outlook.com account
      • Outlook.com supports aliases that share the same inbox and account settings, but you cannot add an alias that is already associated with another Microsoft account, and you can’t add existing Outlook.com/Hotmail/Live/MSN addresses as aliases.

Thank you for understanding. I hope this helps clarify things for you.

Outlook.com or Microsoft accounts cannot be merged or “linked” into a single account. An existing Outlook.com email address is already tied to its own Microsoft account, and Microsoft does not support combining two accounts or moving an Outlook.com address to a different Microsoft account.

To manage multiple accounts, use them separately or add both accounts into Outlook and choose the From address when sending mail. For changing aliases on a single Microsoft account, see the alias guidance in the referenced article.

For direct help by email is not provided; instead, support is available through the Outlook.com help and support flows:

    1. Go to Outlook.com and sign in.
    2. Select Help on the menu bar and enter the issue (for example, “account alias” or “account linking”).
    3. If self-help does not resolve it, scroll down to Still need help? and select Yes to contact support.
    4. If unable to sign in, use the dedicated link in the article to reach Outlook.com support.

For broader Microsoft account and subscription issues, use the Account & Billing Help and general Microsoft support entry points in the references.
