2/ Have you tried signing in to your mailbox using Outlook on the web (OWA) or Classic Outlook app. If so, please let me know whether you are able to send and receive emails normally there, or if the same issue occurs.
3/ When you try to send an email, do you receive any non‑delivery report (NDR) or bounce‑back message. If yes, please share the exact error message or screenshot of that response, as it can provide important clues about the root cause.
