I have paid for the exam AZ-900; however, I have not received any confirmation. I am also unable to find where I can check my scheduled exams or download a receipt/invoice.

Scheduled exams will be on your Learn profile https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab

The receipt/invoice can be emailed to you from the Pearson Vue dashboard https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/schedule-through-pearson-vue?action=1

To verify the AZ-900 exam booking and get an invoice/receipt, use two places: Microsoft Learn for the exam appointment and the appropriate Microsoft billing portal for the invoice.

    1. Check the scheduled exam
    • Sign in to the Microsoft Learn profile that was used to schedule the exam.
    • Go to the credentials area to see exam appointments and results:
    1. Get the invoice/receipt Where the invoice is found depends on how the exam was purchased:
    • If the exam was purchased as part of an Azure or Microsoft 365 subscription (for example, through a company account):
      • For Azure billing:
        • Sign in to the Azure portal and open the billing account that was charged.
        • Follow the steps in “View and download your Microsoft Azure invoice” to locate and download the invoice for the billing period that includes the exam charge.
        • If no invoice is visible, check:
          • That the invoice has been generated (it can take a few days after the billing period).
          • That the account has permission to view invoices (Owner/Contributor/Reader or Invoice manager on the billing profile, or Account Administrator for other account types).
          • That the correct Microsoft Entra tenant and identity are being used.
      • For Microsoft 365 business billing (if the exam was billed through that tenant):
        • Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center with admin credentials.
        • Go to Billing > Bills & payments.
        • On the Invoices tab, select the relevant invoice (use the date filters such as Past 3 months or Past 6 months if needed).
        • Use Download PDF to save or print the invoice.
    • If the exam was purchased directly via Microsoft Store:
      • Sign in to the Microsoft account used for purchase.
      • Go to Order history.
      • Open Order detail for the exam purchase and use Tax invoice (where available) to download the invoice or tax receipt. Note that tax invoices can take 48 hours to 5 days to become available.
    1. If the invoice still cannot be downloaded
    • Create a support request through the admin center for the product that was used for payment (Azure, Microsoft 365, or Microsoft Store), or use the Microsoft Support contact page to reach billing support. This is the recommended path when the portal does not allow invoice download.
