How to move the Azure Certification to new e-mail address?

I got Azure Certification of AZ-900 Azure Fundamental and AZ-104 Azure Administrator when my e-mail address was "******@toshiba.co.jp".

My e-mail address is changed from "******@toshiba.co.jp" to "jiro.ueda.b78@mail.toshiba".

When I login as "jiro.ueda.b78@mail.toshiba", my certification is not displayed.
I would like to change my certification from "******@toshiba.co.jp" to "jiro.ueda.b78@mail.toshiba".

Please tell me how to solve this issue.

Certification data is tied to the Microsoft Learn profile and the login accounts associated with that profile, not just the visible email address. To move existing certifications from the old email to the new one, the key is to:

    1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn using the account that currently shows the certifications (the old work email/login).
    2. Add the new email/login to that same Learn profile so both addresses point to one merged profile.

From the available guidance, the supported way to consolidate data when multiple profiles exist is to merge profiles:

    1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn with one of the accounts (for example, the account that currently has the certifications).
    2. Go to your Learn profile’s login account management and choose “add login account”.
    3. Add the other login (the new email). If that login is associated with a different Learn profile, this will trigger a profile merge.
    4. After the merge, all learning progress and certifications from both profiles are combined into a single profile, and you can sign in with either login.

Important details about the merge behavior:

    • All learning progress, credentials, and transcripts from both profiles are combined into one profile, and duplicates are removed.
    • The merge cannot be undone.
    • After merging, it is still possible to sign in with all login accounts that were on both profiles.
    • If either profile had private mode enabled, the merged profile will have private mode enabled.
    • If the combined number of work/school login accounts exceeds five, the merge is canceled and that limit must be resolved before trying again.

If, after trying the above, the certifications still do not appear under the new login, contact Microsoft Credentials Support so they can review the Learn profiles and move/align the certification records as needed.

Also verify that the correct Learn profile is being used by following the “Confirm your login account” guidance for missing certifications: sign in with any other accounts that might have been used when registering for the exams and check the Credentials → Certifications section.

For additional help with missing certifications or profile issues, submit a request to Microsoft Credentials Support.
