Doubled Letters And Packages That Not Loading

Hello there!,
Every time I'm launching A Project (or Loading up a new one)
I'm Getting This Errors: The RoslynPackage Package Did not loaded up correctly (and The CSharpPackage) (pictures)
And after i getting this errors, when i'm starting to write my code i getting doubled letters (if i'm writing f its writing me ff)
I Repaired The Visual Studio Reinstalled it.
What Can i do?,

    Have you tried closing all VS instances and deleting your component model cache? That's what this poster suggests fixed their package loading issues:

    Did you install certain packages which were related to the rosly and Csharp in NuGet Package manage window or others before?

    I've Got A New laptop, And It Worked Perfectly, untill today, it gave me his again, it workes for 10 startups, and it happend again
