Certification achieved at different organization. Cannot view badges

Hi, I achieved Azure Az-900 certification in 2023 while working at Derivco. I am trying to view my achievement but am unable to. Is there any way to resolve this?

If you do not have access to the email account associated with the Learn profile when you took the exam, then it is not possible.

To view the AZ-900 certification earned at a previous organization, follow these steps and checks:

1. Confirm the correct Microsoft Learn account
   The most common cause is using a different account than the one used when registering for the exam.
   • Sign in to Microsoft Learn with each Microsoft account that might have been used (work account from Derivco, personal Microsoft account, or any other work/school account).
   • For each account, open the Profile and then the Credentials → Certifications section to see if AZ-900 appears.
   • If the congratulations email for AZ-900 was sent to a specific address, that address is associated with the profile that holds the certification.
2. Check for multiple Learn profiles
   If multiple Learn profiles exist under different login accounts, the certification may be on a different profile:
   • Ensure sign-in is not using a shared or old corporate account from Derivco.
   • Try logging in with any account that might have been used at exam registration time, as described in the missing-certifications guidance.
3. Verify the credential is still expected to appear
   • AZ-900 is an active certification, but if any exam or credential were legacy or retired, it might not appear in some older profile views. The general rule from the missing-certifications guidance is to confirm on the certification details pages that the credential is still valid and expected.
4. Use the Learn transcript and credentials view
   Once the correct account is found:
   • In the Learn profile, open Transcript to see all earned credentials and qualifications.
   • In Credentials → Certifications, select the AZ-900 certification, then use View Certification Details and Print to generate a printable/PDF certificate if needed.
5. If AZ-900 still does not appear (missing credential)
   If the exam was passed but AZ-900 is not visible under any of the accounts tried:
   • Follow the “Missing Exams or Certifications” guidance:
     • Confirm that the correct exam(s) for the credential were passed.
     • Confirm sign-in to the correct Learn profile as above.
   • If the certification is still missing after these checks, contact Microsoft Credentials Support to investigate and fix the account/credential mapping issue.
6. Badges vs. certificates
   • Microsoft no longer uses Credly for downloading certificates; certificates and badges are now accessed directly through the Microsoft Learn profile and Certification Dashboard.
   • Use the Learn profile’s Credentials → Certifications area and transcript to view and share the AZ-900 achievement instead of looking for it on Credly.

Following these steps—especially verifying the correct Learn account and then contacting Microsoft Credentials Support if it is still missing—will resolve most cases where a certification from a previous employer cannot be seen.
