The title is as clear as it can be to be honest. This is a work email that must be sent every day, Monday thru Friday. Needs to be in the morning before 10AM but not before 7AM.

    Hi Herman Barclay,

I understand that you would like to send recurring emails. However, there is currently no built-in feature to automatically send emails on a recurring schedule.

Though it is not fully automatic, you can use a workaround to help you prepare and send emails more efficiently through Tasks and Reminder with Quick Step

    1/ Create a recurring task

    • Open Outlook > go to Tasks
    • Click New Task
    • Enter a subject
    • Click Recurrence and set your preferred schedule
    • Set a Reminder time

    2/ Create an email template

    • Click New Email
    • Fill in:
      • Recipients
      • Subject
      • Body content
    • Go to File > Save As
    • Choose format: Outlook Template (*.oft)

3/ Create a Quick Step to send faster

    • In Mail view, go to Quick Steps (Home tab)
    • Click Create New
    • Name it and choose action: New Message
    • Click Show Options and configure:
      • To
      • Subject
      • Body
    • Instead of pasting content, you can open your .oft template each day for more flexibility.

However, if you are looking for a solution that sends emails automatically without manual action, you may consider using Power Automate.
