Based on the information you provided, my understanding of the issue is that Quick Parts no longer appears when you are composing or sending emails, even though you use it daily.
After testing this on my environment, Quick Parts is still available in Classic Outlook. It appears correctly when I create a new email and click inside the message body.
To help narrow this down further, could you please provide a bit more information via private message?
- What type of account are you using (Exchange, Microsoft 365, IMAP/POP)?
- Please make sure the “Try the new Outlook” option is not enabled.
- Based on my testing, if you are replying directly in the Reading Pane, Quick Parts will not appear. You need to open the email in a separate window (Pop out or double‑click the message) for Quick Parts to be visible.
