    Hi @Yuritsa Hernandez

Based on the information you provided, my understanding of the issue is that Quick Parts no longer appears when you are composing or sending emails, even though you use it daily.

After testing this on my environment, Quick Parts is still available in Classic Outlook. It appears correctly when I create a new email and click inside the message body.

To help narrow this down further, could you please provide a bit more information via private message?

    • What type of account are you using (Exchange, Microsoft 365, IMAP/POP)?
    • Please make sure the “Try the new Outlook” option is not enabled.
    • Based on my testing, if you are replying directly in the Reading Pane, Quick Parts will not appear. You need to open the email in a separate window (Pop out or double‑click the message) for Quick Parts to be visible.

If possible, could you also share a screenshot of what you’re seeing on your side? That would help a lot.User's image

Thank you, and I hope the additional information will help us identify the next steps.

Quick Parts still exist only in classic Outlook for Windows and only in the message editor window. If they no longer appear while composing mail, check these points:

    1. Confirm classic Outlook is being used
      • Quick Parts is not supported in the new Outlook or Outlook on the web.
      • If Outlook recently changed layout or shows “Try the new Outlook”, switch back to classic Outlook for Windows to use Quick Parts.
    2. Make sure the message is popped out
      • Quick Parts works only in the full message window, not in the inline compose pane.
      • When replying or creating a new message, click Pop Out so the message opens in its own window.
    3. Use the correct location for Quick Parts
      • Click into the body of the email message.
      • Go to the Insert tab on the ribbon.
      • Select Quick Parts and choose the desired entry from:
        • Quick Part Gallery (saved blocks), or
        • AutoText (saved AutoText entries).
    4. Re‑create a missing Quick Part
      • If specific entries are missing, they may need to be recreated:
        • Type or paste the text into the message body.
        • Select the text.
        • Go to Insert > Quick Parts > Save Selection to Quick Part Gallery (or AutoText > Save Selection to AutoText Gallery).

If Quick Parts still do not appear under Insert, verify that Outlook is indeed the classic desktop app and not the new Outlook interface.
