Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Are you able to pair any other Bluetooth devices with your Computer? Such as your Mobile device?

Ensure the headphones are in pairing mode. If Windows is still not able to detect your headphones,

    1

    Run the Bluetooth Troubleshooter.

Go to Start > Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > Bluetooth and click Run.

Once the troubleshooter is finished running, restart your computer and pair your headphones.

    ======================================================================

    2

    Reinstall Bluetooth drivers.

    Open Device Manager.

Expand the arrow next to Bluetooth.

Right-click your generic Bluetooth driver, Intel (R) or Realtek, select Uninstall device, select the Attempt to remove the driver software for this device check box, and click Uninstall.

Once uninstalled, restart your computer and pair your headphones.

Let me know if you still need more help.

Try the following steps on the Windows PC to connect the Galaxy Buds 3 via Bluetooth:

    1. Turn on Bluetooth and put Buds in pairing mode
      • On the PC: Select Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices (Windows 11) or Devices > Bluetooth & other devices (Windows 10), and turn Bluetooth on.
      • Put the Galaxy Buds 3 into pairing mode (usually by placing them in the case, opening the lid, and using the case’s pairing button per manufacturer instructions).
      • Move the buds close to the PC.
    2. Add the Buds as a new Bluetooth device
      • In Bluetooth & devices (or Bluetooth & other devices), select Add device / Add Bluetooth or other device.
      • Choose Bluetooth and select the Galaxy Buds 3 when they appear.
    3. If the Buds show up but won’t connect, remove and re-add
      • Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
      • Select the Galaxy Buds 3, choose More options (…) (or select the device entry) and then Remove device.
      • Select Add device, choose Bluetooth, and select the Buds again when they appear.
    4. Check the Buds’ battery and retry
      • Fully charge the Galaxy Buds 3 and their case.
      • Turn them off/on (close and reopen the case, or follow the manufacturer’s reset/power instructions).
      • Put them back into pairing mode and try pairing again.
    5. Restart Bluetooth and Windows
      • Turn Bluetooth off, wait 10 seconds, then turn it on again in Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
      • If still not working, select Start > Power > Restart and try pairing again.
    6. Update Bluetooth drivers and Windows
      • Open Start > Device Manager > Bluetooth.
      • Right-click the Bluetooth adapter (may include the word “radio”) and select Update driver > Search automatically for updated driver software, then restart if prompted.
      • Then go to Start > Settings > Windows Update and select Check for updates, install any available updates, and restart.

If the issue persists after these steps, run the Bluetooth troubleshooter from the Get Help app using the Run the troubleshooter in Get Help link in the Bluetooth troubleshooting article, and follow the automated guidance.
