Certificate for intro to AI Available?

i am taking Ai-900 Self Paced

Introduction to Ai in Azure, i am only half way through. my manager took something like this a while back where he paid to test for a certificate. i cannot find any certificate as he wants me to get one. Can you help? are there a list of certificates/learning that you can share as well?
