I did have "allow attendance report" for my webinar, and still, 5 days later, no report is available.

    Hi @John Ripley,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I understand that not receiving the attendee report CSV file can be frustrating.

I would like to provide you with the following information:

To be able to view the webinar report, the following two conditions must be met:

    1. You must be the organizer of the webinar (co-organizers cannot view this report).
    2. The Attendee Report feature must have been enabled.

Since you mentioned that this feature was already enabled, the next step is to ensure that you are signed in with the correct organizer account used to create the webinar.

You can refer to the following documentation for more details:

View webinar reports in Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Support

    User's image

If you meet both conditions above but still cannot view the Attendee Report, I recommend contacting Microsoft Technical Support so they can help investigate and recover the data.

To contact Microsoft Technical Support, please follow these steps:

Note: The steps below require tenant administrator permissions. If you do not have admin rights, please contact your IT department for assistance.

    • Step 1: Go to admin.microsoft.com
    • Step 2: Select Help & support User's image
    • Step 3: Enter the subject: Request support to recover Attendee Report User's image
    • Step 4: Select Contact support
    • Step 5: Choose your preferred contact method User's image

After the ticket is submitted and assigned to an agent, a Microsoft support representative will proactively contact you to assist with checking and recovering the data.

I hope this information is helpful.

If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to share them in the comments on this post so I can continue to support you.

I look forward to continuing the conversation.

For a webinar where Allow attendance report was enabled, the attendance report should normally appear in the event chat and on the Attendance tab within minutes after the event ends.

    Key points and checks:

    1. Where the report should appear
      • In Teams, go to Chat.
      • Open the webinar’s chat.
      • Look for the Attendance tab and the Download option for the .csv file.
      • Alternatively, open the webinar from Calendar, select View event > Manage event, then check the Attendance tab for reports.
    2. Who can see the report
      • Only the organizer and co‑organizers can view and download attendance reports for meetings and webinars.
      • Co‑organizers can only access reports for events scheduled in Teams, not Outlook.
    3. Admin and policy considerations
      • Attendance and engagement reports can be controlled by Teams meeting policies.
      • An admin can disable or restrict reports using Set-CsTeamsMeetingPolicy with parameters such as -AllowEngagementReport and -AllowTrackingInReport.
      • If a policy disables or limits reports, the organizer may not see anything under the Attendance tab even if the toggle was on in the meeting options.
    4. Known limitations that might explain missing data
      • Attendance reports are not supported for instant channel meetings.
      • Co‑organizers cannot access attendance reports for channel meetings.
      • View‑only attendees are not included.
      • If someone waited in the lobby and was never admitted, they will not appear in the report.
    5. Next steps
      • Confirm that the webinar was a scheduled Teams webinar/meeting (not an instant channel meeting).
      • Make sure the account checking for the report is the organizer (or a co‑organizer for a non‑channel webinar scheduled in Teams).
      • Ask the IT admin to:
        • Verify that the Teams meeting policy assigned to the organizer has attendance/engagement reports enabled (for example, -AllowEngagementReport Enabled or ForceEnabled).
        • Check whether any recent policy changes could have disabled or restricted reports.
      • If everything appears correctly configured and the report is still missing after several days, open a support ticket via the Microsoft 365 admin center so engineering can check backend logs for that webinar.
