Stuck in the parental consent loop

I want to log-in to my private account but it is in no way letting me. Everytime it goes to 'parental consent' and I'm back to the start log-in screen after saying I'm a parent. I have tried incognito, deleting cache, etc but nothing is helping at the moment. I am now using my work account to make this request as well.

    Thanks for your reply.

Go to https://account.live.com/password/reset, select “I forgot my password,” and complete verification to regain access. If you do not know the parent account, try signing in at https://account.microsoft.com/family with any possible email used as organizer. If recovery fails, submit the account recovery form with full details and wait for the result. Avoid apps since this is an account verification issue.

    Hi,

Are you signing in through a browser or a Windows app like Outlook or Teams?

Open a browser and go to account.microsoft.com, sign in, then complete the family safety verification from there. If it loops, go to family.microsoft.com, sign in as the parent account, remove the child account from the family group, then add it again and approve consent. Also check the birthdate on the account under Your info, update it if incorrect, then sign out of all sessions and sign back in.
