I ordered a Windows 11 Pro upgrade and it looks like it's being shipped to the wrong address. Can someone please help me change the address it is shipping to?

Microsoft Store orders cannot be rerouted to a new address after the package has been shipped. This restriction is in place to help prevent internet fraud.

Key points from the shipping policy:

    1. A physical address is required for delivery; delivery to PO boxes is not supported.
    2. Once the package has been shipped, the carrier is not allowed to change the delivery address or reroute the package.
    3. If multiple products were ordered, shipping and delivery dates may vary; use the Track option in the Microsoft Store order history to monitor the shipment status.

    Next steps:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft account used for the purchase and go to the Microsoft Store order history.
    2. Use the Track option for the specific order to see its current status.
    3. If the order has not yet shipped, use the Microsoft Store support options from the order page to request cancellation and then place a new order with the correct address.
    4. If the order has already shipped, wait for the delivery attempt or return-to-sender process, then contact Microsoft Store Support from the account billing/support pages to discuss replacement or refund options.
