Additional meeting and call-related features and issues within Microsoft Teams for business
Hi @Kerrane, Kaila,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concern regarding retrieving the attendance report after the meeting has ended.
According your concern, if the Allow attendance report option was not enabled before or during the meeting, then an attendance report will not be generated, and there is no supported way to retrieve or generate it after the fact.
To ensure you can download attendance reports for meetings in the future, please enable it using one of the options below.
- Enable it before the meeting (Teams desktop)
- Open Teams and go to Calendar.
- Select the meeting, then select View event.
- Select Options.
- Under Participation, turn on Allow attendance report, then select Apply.
- Enable it during the meeting (Teams desktop)
- In the meeting window, select Controls and open View more options.
- Under Participation, turn on Allow attendance report, then select Apply.
