Hi there,
Can you currently send emails to Gmail accounts? When did the problem first occur? Try adding Gmail to your Safe Senders list to see if that resolves the issue. To do this, open your Safe Senders settings.
Under Safe senders and domains, type in the Gmail address or domain you want to include, then click Add.
Finally, select Save.
