I’d like to share that this is part of a known Microsoft service incident (Issue ID: EX1255397). This incident affects the loading of several add-ins, including My Templates, and Viva Insights, which can cause the View Templates button to disappear from the ribbon or not appear under All Apps. Microsoft has acknowledged the issue and is currently investigating it further.
While the investigation is ongoing, it isn’t possible to manually re‑enable the add‑in from the client side. If you are part of an organization, your IT admin can monitor the status directly through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center Service Health, where Microsoft posts active updates about the incident. They can also open a support request with Microsoft if they would like to prioritize the case for your tenant.
