Don't have MS authenticator anymore and I can't login to my account

Hello,

Can someone please help me? I have opened case [Moderator note: personal info removed] because im completely locked out of my account. I got a new phone and the authenticator app did transfer but it is asking me to sign in with my old app which I no longer have. Can someone please help me? I need this account unlocked as soon as possible. Trying to get to talk to a human being is IMPOSIBLE!! PLEASE HELP!!!
