For issues with Bing-related verification and when self-service options are not working, the next step is to contact Microsoft/Bing support through the official channels rather than waiting on additional PIN mailings.
For Bing and Microsoft account–related problems, use these options:
- Go to Contact Microsoft Support and select Get Help, then Contact Support to be routed to the best support option for the account or verification issue.
- If this is tied to a Microsoft account sign-in or verification problem, use the Sign-in helper tool to diagnose sign-in and verification issues.
- If the issue is specifically with a Bing business–related product (such as Bing Ads, Bing Places, or other Bing services), use the appropriate Bing contact channel:
- For Bing Ads questions, sign in to the Microsoft Ads portal for support.
- For Bing Places (business listing) issues, go to the Bing Places portal.
- If none of the above match and this is a Bing Pros–related business scenario, support is available only for customers with a Bing Pros account; contact the Bing Pros Support Team by email as documented in the FAQ.
If verification codes in general are not arriving (email or phone), choose another verification method if available, or wait until access to the registered email/phone is possible. Support agents cannot send verification codes or change account details for security reasons.
