If the email and password of your account were changed, I'm sorry to say that you will never again get your account back. Your proof doesn't help. Your attacker now knows everything about you that's in your Microsoft account, and that's their proof that it's their account.
Hello, i need help, my old microsoft account has been hacked/compromised and i have proof of owning it, can someone help me?
Hello, my name is Rares and my microsoft account was stolen from a hacker and its email was changed. I had payed minecraft on that account and where I live(Romania) is a lot of money. I'd like to get my account back and i have proof as a photo in the launcher and I am the owner of it. And the hacker seems to have changed the main e-mail from the microsoft account, so here i am, writing here, showing proof that i own the account. And before you ask, yes I made this screenshot before it got compromised, no, why would the hacker even send me this.
Please, help me get my account back. I do not have a lot of money. Thank you.

If you haven’t already, you can try using the Microsoft Self-help tool:
- Visit https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-recover-a-hacked-or-compromised-microsoft-account-24ca907d-bcdf-a44b-4656-47f0cd89c245 and click "Start".
- The tool will ask for your email address or phone number, and either show appropriate self-help.
You can also use the Xbox recovery form here:
- Visit https://support.xbox.com/forms/recover-your-microsoft-account
- For guidance using the form please see "Guidance notes for the Microsoft account recovery form" https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/guidance-notes-for-the-microsoft-account-recovery-form-4dd8fef1-33d2-4fbe-9352-66127ab9b50e
If the issue still persists, and the email address has been changed and two-factor authentication has been enabled by the hacker, unfortunately, the account may no longer be recoverable.
