    Hi @Regan Chorlog ,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

To restore a deleted organization in Visual Studio, make sure you’re signed in with the same Microsoft account that originally owned the organization, as only the Org Owner can see and click the Restore button.

Verify that you are within the 28-day recovery window, since after this period the organization is permanently purged though in rare cases backend cleanup may take up to 70 days.

Go to your Visual Studio profile page at app.vsaex.visualstudio.com/profile/view and scroll to the “Organizations Pending Deletion” section. If your organization is listed but the Restore button isn’t visible, check whether the original organization URL is still available; if someone else has created an organization with the same URL, you will need to select a new URL to complete the restoration.

Make sure you are signed in using the account that was the organization owner

If you're indeed using the right account, you'll need to reach out to Microsoft Support.

If there's no owner for the deleted organization and you're an active Project Collection Administrator and member of the deleted organization, you still can't access Organization settings to assign a new owner. If this is your scenario, contact Support.
