Unable to add tax and payout information to publish app on Microsoft Store (there is not button)

Hello,

I'm trying to publish my first paid Windows app on Microsoft Store. I filled all the necessary info, everything shows as complete, but I'm stuck with this message:

You need to update your tax and payout information before you can charge money.

So I headed to the account settings, only to find that there is no button to add my tax or payout information:

What I tried:

  1. Changing language of dashboard
  2. Creating Entra ID account (.onmicrosoft.com) and assigning myself "Financial Contributor" role
  3. Logout, login
  4. Edge browser in private window
  5. Re-rolling in "Windows & Xbox" program (but it won't allow me to continue, claiming that I'm already enrolled in it)

All without a success. I've contacted support under incident ID 2603230050000018 but received no response so far.

Any help would be appreciated.
