Thank you for reaching out and explaining the situation regarding your Microsoft 365 tenant name.
I understand how difficult this can be, especially when the tenant was created during setup but the subscription was not completed, and you now need to use the same tenant name for a different Microsoft 365 Business Standard subscription.
At this point, the only way to investigate or take action on a tenant-related request is by creating a support ticket directly with Microsoft. As a forum moderator, I don’t have the permissions or tools required to access tenants, release tenant names, or make backend changes on accounts.
