Hello,
I was scheduled to take the MS-900 exam today at 15:15 (CET) via Pearson VUE online proctoring. Unfortunately, the exam did not start due to a technical issue.
After completing the system check successfully, I received an error message related to Microsoft Edge when the system attempted to launch the exam environment. I followed all troubleshooting steps provided on screen, but the system did not redirect me to the exam and I was unable to start it.
Since the issue occurred on the testing platform side, I kindly request that my voucher/exam appointment be restored or that I be allowed to reschedule the exam at no additional cost.
I have screenshots of the error message and can provide them if needed.

PS. The current status of the exam is purchased and I can't schedule another date
