I send out flyers to realtors re a new property. I've created a Category in Outlook with all potential agents in different areas. I have to type up each email in the cc portion of the email.

Hi, I'm Rodrigo and I will help you.
In this case, the best feature to use is the contact list.

On People, select "New contact"> "New contact list" and create the list you want.
To add the contacts to a list, right-click the contact > Add to list > select the list you created.
Unfortunately, you have to add the contacts to the list one by one, but once added to the list, you just have to enter the contact list name in the "To" or "CC" field to insert all contacts.

In Outlook.com or Outlook on the web, a Microsoft 365 Group is the built‑in way to send one email to many people without typing each address every time.

To send one email to a group from Outlook on the web:

    1. In the left navigation bar, select Groups, then select the group name that contains the agents.
    2. Select New mail.
    3. Add a subject and type the flyer message.
    4. Select Send.

All group members will receive the email, so there is no need to type each address in the Cc field.

Alternatively, an email can be sent to a group from the personal inbox by entering the group’s alias (group email address) in the To line.

If using the new Outlook experience tied to a Microsoft 365 Group:

    1. From the navigation bar, select Groups, then select the group.
    2. Select New mail.
    3. In the To field, enter the group’s email address.
    4. Add a subject and message, then select Send.

This approach replaces manually entering each agent’s address for every flyer.
