Good day Douglas Kline!
Welcome to the Q&A forum.
From what you described, Phone Link is still successfully paired with your iPhone and messages are visible in the app, but notification banners for new SMS and iMessage messages no longer appear on your Windows 11 PC, even though this feature worked several weeks ago.
Phone Link for iOS requires iPhone with iOS 14 or higher, Windows 11 device, Bluetooth connection and the latest version of the Phone Link app. Device compatibility may vary, and some features may be subject to regional availability.
Notification issues can also occur in the following situations:
- The PC’s battery is low or Battery saver is enabled
- Focus Assist (formerly Quiet Hours) is turned on in Windows
- Share System Notifications is disabled in the iPhone’s Bluetooth settings for the PC
- Bluetooth is turned off on either the PC or the iPhone
- The iPhone is outside Bluetooth range
Resolving these conditions may allow notifications to resync.

Please note that on Windows 11, Phone Link’s integration with iPhone is significantly more limited than with Android. Even if this feature worked previously, changes on either side such as iOS updates, Windows updates, or Phone Link app updates can also affect how notifications are delivered.
Hope this could help clarify your concern. Feel free to post back if you have more questions!
