Hello, I scheduled my SC-300 exam on 21st Mar,2026. My bank account was debited the full amount , but i have not received any confirmation email from Pearson VUE or microsoft.
When i check my Microsoft Learn Profile , the exam is not visible. There appears to be a mismatch between my logon ID.
I have checked both accounts and neither shows the appointment. Pearson VUE support was unable to help. I need a moderator to help me locate this orphaned exam registration and link it to my profile profile. I have the payment proof ready for a private message.

Use the following steps to locate or fix the missing SC-300 exam appointment and get help from the correct support channel:

    1. Verify whether the exam is actually scheduled
      • Sign in to the correct Microsoft Learn profile and open the Certifications page:
        • Go to the Certifications area of the Learn profile where exam appointments appear at the top.
      • If the exam was successfully scheduled through Pearson VUE with that profile, the appointment should be visible there. If nothing appears, the registration is likely associated with a different profile or there was an issue completing the booking.
    2. Check for multiple Learn profiles / account mismatch
      • Confirm that the Learn profile being checked is the same one used when scheduling the exam. If multiple accounts exist (for example, work and personal), sign out and try signing in with any other Microsoft accounts that may have been used.
      • The email that receives exam confirmations is the Contact Email in the Learn profile, which may differ from the login account. If a confirmation email is missing and no appointment appears under any profile, the registration may not be linked correctly.
    3. Confirm with Pearson VUE that the exam exists
      • Since payment was taken, Pearson VUE should be able to confirm whether an exam appointment exists and under which email/profile it was created.
      • If Pearson VUE indicates the exam is not visible or cannot assist further, the issue is likely with how the registration is linked to the Microsoft Learn profile.
    4. Contact Microsoft Certification Support to locate and link the “orphaned” registration
      • For missing or incorrect exam/certification records, the official path is Microsoft Certification Support. Provide:
        • Full name as on the Learn profile
        • The email addresses used (login ID and contact email)
        • Exam code (SC-300) and intended exam date (21 Mar 2026)
        • Payment proof (attach only through the support form, not in public forums)
      • Use the Certification Support channel referenced in the documentation to open a case so support can:
        • Search for the exam registration across profiles
        • Correct any profile linkage issues
        • Ensure the appointment appears in the Learn profile or advise on rescheduling/refund if needed.
    5. If the exam later appears but the certification is missing after taking it
      • If the exam is eventually delivered but the certification or exam record does not show on the Learn profile, follow the same Certification Support path for missing exams/certifications so support can reconcile the records.

Because this requires access to private account and payment data, only Microsoft Certification Support can directly locate and link the orphaned registration; forum moderators and community responses will direct to that channel.
