Using Outlook version 1.2026.310.300. Outlook does not display my contacts. When I select "All contacts", the pane displays only "This doesn't look right" with a "Try again" button that doesn't do anything. My contact lists is displayed, but not the individual contacts. The contact are there, I was able to export them to a CVS file but Outlook does not display them.

    Thank you for your reply.

Are you signed in with a Microsoft account or a work or school account?

Open Settings > General > About, then select Reset under Reset app to clear local data and restart Outlook. If Reset is not listed, open Windows Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Outlook (new), select Advanced options, then choose Reset. This refreshes the app data and resolves display issues with contacts not loading.

    Hello,

Are you using the New Outlook for Windows or the classic Outlook app?

Try this: in Outlook, go to Settings > General > Privacy and Data > Reset app data, then restart Outlook and sign in again. If the issue stays, switch to classic Outlook using the toggle at the top right, then open People and check if contacts load. This helps confirm if the issue is with the New Outlook app sync or display, and resetting the app clears corrupted local data.
