Thank you for letting me know.

Since you're using a Microsoft Partners account the only support option is via a live chat.

Please see "Get help and contact support in Partner Center" https://learn.microsoft.com/partner-center/support/report-problems-with-partner-center for the complete steps.

If you're still getting stuck please let me know.

I really hope this information is helpful! Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Regards,

    John J.D.

I am calling for business, but the phone support is unavailable. When the phone is transferred, it reminds me that the phone support is unavailable.

Thank you for letting me know.

If you're using Microsoft 365 Business, you can contact Support via the admin center for live chat instead of calls:

    • Sign in to Microsoft 365 admin center https://admin.microsoft.com with your Microsoft 365 admin account,
    • Select Support > Help and support, enter your question and select Contact support.

Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns. I'm here to provide further info if needed.

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Regards,

    John J.D.

To reach a real person when the phone line is unavailable, use Microsoft’s official support channels that connect to live agents via chat or callback.

For Microsoft 365/Office (home or business), do the following:

    1. Use the Get Help app or web entry point
      • Go to the Microsoft Support “Contact Microsoft Office Support” page and select the option to contact support using the Get Help app or browser: contact support.
      • Describe the issue (for example, “billing problem” or “activation issue”).
      • When prompted, choose Contact support.
    2. Select product and scenario
      • Choose the relevant product (for example, Microsoft 365, Office) and the appropriate category (such as billing, subscription, installation, or technical support).
      • Confirm the selection so the request is routed correctly.
    3. Choose a live-agent option
      • Chat with a support agent in your web browser: Opens a chat session with a human agent once contact details are confirmed.
      • Provide a phone number for a callback: Enter a phone number and wait for a support agent to call back. Call times vary by region and hours of operation.

If the Get Help app is available on the Windows device (signed in with a Microsoft personal account):

    1. Open Get Help from Start or by searching “Get Help”.
    2. Enter a short description of the problem.
    3. If self-help does not resolve it, select Contact Support.
    4. Select the product/service and category, then confirm.
    5. Choose Chat with a support agent or Provide your phone number and a support agent will call you.

If phone numbers in the region are not working or are unavailable, using the Get Help app or the web “Contact support” flow is the supported way to reach a real person for Microsoft 365 and Office issues.
