From the screenshot, it appears that your Microsoft OneDrive sign-in window is stuck in a loading loop.
First, could you please confirm whether you are able to sign in successfully via the web. In the meantime, please try the following steps:
- Reset OneDrive

- Clear stored credentials
Open Control Panel
Go to Credential Manager
Select Windows Credentials
Remove any entries related to:
OneDrive
MicrosoftOffice / ADAL
MicrosoftAccount
- Check date, time, and network settings
Ensure your system date and time are correct
Temporarily disable VPN or proxy (if in use)
Try connecting using a different network
- Reconnect the work account from Windows
Go to Settings > Accounts > Access work or school.
Select your work account.
Click Disconnect.
Restart your computer and sign in again
You might try to create a new window profile to see if the issue occurs.
- Reinstall OneDrive
Uninstall OneDrive: Settings > Apps > Installed apps
Delete the sub-folder in following folder: C:\Users<YourUser>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\OneDrive
Reinstall the latest version from Microsoft.
Note: These steps apply to Windows 10.
