    Hi,

Please try connecting your earphones to another device (like a phone or another PC). This will help determine whether the issue is with the earphones or your computer.

    • Make sure Bluetooth is turned on and your earphones are powered on and within range
    • Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices. If your earphones show as Paired, click them and select Connect. If that doesn’t work, remove the device and pair it again
    • Press Win + R, type services.msc, then find Bluetooth Support Service, right-click it, and select Restart

    If the issue persists:

    • Open Device Manager and check if your earphones appear there If they do, right-click the device, select Uninstall, then restart your computer and reconnect the earphones again.

Try these steps in order on Windows 11 to restore the earphone connection:

    1. Check Bluetooth or cable connection
      • If the earphone is Bluetooth, make sure it is powered on and in range.
      • If it is wired, unplug and firmly re‑insert the plug into the PC’s audio jack.
    2. Reconnect Bluetooth earphones
      • Open Settings > Bluetooth & devices and confirm Bluetooth is turned on.
      • If the earphone shows as Paired but not connected, click it and choose Connect.
      • If it keeps disconnecting, follow the Bluetooth steps below.
    3. Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter (for Bluetooth earphones)
      • Open the Get Help app and run the Bluetooth troubleshooter. It will automatically diagnose and attempt to fix Bluetooth problems.
    4. Turn off Battery saver / Energy Saver
      • Select the Battery icon on the taskbar.
      • If Energy Saver (or Battery saver) is on, turn it off so it does not interfere with Bluetooth connectivity.
    5. Disable Bluetooth power saving in Device Manager
      • Select Start, type Device Manager, and open it.
      • Expand Bluetooth, right‑click the Bluetooth adapter, select Properties.
      • On the Power Management tab, clear Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power, then select OK.
    6. Restart the Bluetooth service
      • Press Windows key + R, type services.msc, select OK.
      • Find Bluetooth Support Service, right‑click it, select Restart.
    7. Update Bluetooth drivers
      • In Device Manager, expand Bluetooth.
      • Right‑click the Bluetooth adapter and select Update driver.

If the earphone is still not working after these steps, also check in Device Manager > Sound, video and game controllers that an audio device is present and not showing errors; if missing, the audio driver may need to be reinstalled from the PC manufacturer.
