Hello, are the Reply and Forward buttons missing or not responding when clicked?
Open the email, click the three dots at the top right, then select Reply or Forward, or press Ctrl + R. If it still fails, refresh the page, sign out and back in, then check Settings, Mail, Customize actions and ensure Reply and Forward are enabled.
