double charged for the same subscription request a refund

I was charged twice for the subscription of Microsoft 365 family.

The first charge occurred on February 3, 2026 ORDER# 8056525642 on Visa ending in 6653

for Microsoft 365 Family Amt $129.99 tax total $137.79.

Then on February 5, 2026 charged again for Microsoft 365 Family on Visa ending in 6653

The ORDER# 6024670336 Amt $129.99 tax for total amount $137.79. I am requesting a refund for one of the subscriptions. In addition, be notified by email by an official Microsoft billing support representative a resolution to this duplicate billing charge and refund to my credit account.

    Select Microsoft 365 > Click 'Get home support'.

    Follow the prompts to connect with a live agent or request a call back.
