I have Windows 11 25h2 updated to this day but the option to enable Bluetooth LE doesn't appear to me, I got a 6.0 Bluetooth dongle and a compatible headset, still no option. Everything is updated.

    Hi Rafael Régis Barbosa,

Thanks for following up and for the detailed explanation.

Since the standard driver and update steps suggested by Q&A Assist have already been tried and the issue persists, please try the following:

Step 1 – Verify LE support in Device Manager

    1. Press Windows + X > select “Device Manager”
    2. Expand “Bluetooth”
    3. Right‑click your Bluetooth adapter > “Properties”
    4. Go to the “Advanced” or “Details” tab
    5. Check whether “Low Energy / LE”, “LE Supported”, or similar capability is listed

Some Bluetooth 5.x / 6.0 USB dongles require vendor‑specific drivers to expose LE features correctly. With the generic Microsoft driver, LE may work internally but not be fully reported.

Step 2 – Confirm the device profile actually uses LE

Even if both the dongle and headset are “LE‑capable” on paper:

    • Many headsets still use classic Bluetooth profiles for audio
    • Bluetooth LE Audio requires:
      • Specific LE Audio profiles
      • Codec support
      • Vendor driver + firmware alignment

    Hi Rafaael,

Please go to Settings > Bluetooth and Devices > Devices > More devices and printer settings control panel page.

    1. Right-click the device → click Properties
    2. Open the Services tab
    3. Press Windows + Shift + S → choose Rectangular Snip
    4. Drag to capture the Services tab area
    5. Click the preview → press Ctrl + S → save the screenshot

Post the screenshot in the next reply.

I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.
